Sewn and pasted collage on a cotton rag paper in celebration of HART's newest locket bar at their Charleston, SC flagship inspired by collected items and memories. This piece was made from silks I naturally dyed, a cutout from a vintage Italian magazine I picked up in Florence last year, tissue paper from a Loeffler Randall order, a pear I painted in my sketchbook, dyed silk from V.V. Rouleaux in London, and a buttery cut-out flower. Each piece carefully selected, placed, and stitched by me.
